Therefore, there are many challenges that a GM Sales faces. To overcome these challenges, one and only one ability that helps the GM Sales is the ability to convince. Apart from activities related to directing and distributing sales and services, the General Manager Sales must enable himself with a complete understanding of a prospective client. The General Manager Sales should impart the knowledge of understanding a client’s mind to his team. Only if the GM Sales is able to achieve this target and drive sales, he/she can be called a successful GM Sales.
